Calendar:
Saturday, Sept 4th, 6:00pm. For any scout who is interested in attending &, in particular, those seeking Second Class rank, the Reverand will lead a 5 mile hike beginning at 6:00pm. To attend, please meet at the Scoutmaster's (Joe's) house. The scoutmaster will not be attending; however, his home will still be the starting point. Please meet on the front porch and plan to leave promptly at 6. If you have any questions or concerns please email the Scoutmaster or contact the Reverand directly.
Sunday, Sept 12th, 6:00pm. Board of Review.. Please bring a cover dish for after, and all family, and friends are invited.
Saturday, Sept 18th & Sunday,19th. Zip Line We will have are Zip Line camp on the 18th and Zip on the 19th. All attending should have notified scoutmaster by now. The cost is $18 a Scout. We will meet at the Church around 4:15pm to head out. Scouts will need to eat at home before they meet at the Church, as we will have night snacks only for them, and breakfast before we Zip.
Saturday, Sept. 25th, 10:00am-2:00pm. we will be at Lowe's for their Safety Saturday. Our Troop was asked to be there so that our Scouts can teach younger kids about bike safety. We will have flyers to hand out, and we will set up a safety station to help kids to know what to look for, so they will be safe on their bikes. Scouts, and leaders will need to wear full uniform.
Sunday, Sept. 26th at 6pm. Information Meeting. I will need all parents, and/or guardian present at this meeting with Scouts.
